Medical Interventions
Some of the animals that join the ARF family come in with very serious medical problems. They are the lucky ones though and receive the necessary treatment before recovering in a foster home before meeting their forever family. It is only through the generous donations of our supporters that we can create these happy endings. The following stories are just a handful out of hundreds - please take a moment to help these special animals and others by donating here - tax receipts are issued for all donations over $20.

Toby
Toby was rescued severely underweight, full of mange and with a crushed paw.
Red
Red is a sweet girl who was rescued from the side of a highway with a severely fractured hind leg.
Hazel
Hazel was born with a deformed paw, but has since had surgery to correct the problem and is looking forward to finding her "forever" home.
Foster
Foster came to ARF with two broken legs, most likely after being hit by a car.
Riley
Riley was found with a serious paw injury that required immediate attention.
